Refund policy
Every product in this store is a digital download. Files are delivered instantly by email and on your order page, and they cannot be returned. Because of that, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a download has been delivered.
If something is wrong with what you received, we will make it right:
- If a file is corrupt, will not open, or is missing, email from the address on your order within 14 days and we will send a working copy.
- If a product does not match its listing description, email us within 14 days with what is missing. We will fix it or replace it. If we cannot, we will refund the purchase.
- If you accidentally bought the same product twice, email us and we will refund the duplicate.
Free products are not eligible for refunds because there is nothing to refund.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
