Terms of service

Yard Ops Toolkit sells digital files (spreadsheets, documents and templates) for use in your own business. By purchasing you receive a single-business license: you may use, edit and print the files for the business named on your order. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the files, in original or modified form.

Files are delivered by email and through your order page. Delivery is complete when the download link is sent. Keep your own backup.

The templates, calculators and guides are general business tools, not legal, tax, accounting or safety advice. Contracts and agreements should be reviewed by an attorney licensed in your state before use. Pricing outputs depend entirely on the numbers you enter; you are responsible for your own prices.

All sales are final. See the refund policy for the cases where we replace or refund a purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yard Ops Toolkit's liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
